Welcome to C3 Kidz

Your whole family will love our Church because at C3 Kidz we believe that Sunday should be the best day of the week! If you are crawling – 6th grade, come and join our kids from all over San Diego as we have fun learning about our creator through our exciting and interactive programs. We believe our children are the future and deserve the very best!

Whether its singing and dancing with our praise & worship band “Blue Jell-O”, watching the plays put on each week by our awesome drama team, or being taught God’s word and how they can apply it every day, kids love every second of C3 Kidz. Your children will be encouraged to grow spiritually at all ages by passionate and fun team members as well as building lasting friendships with other kids.

C3 kidz is about more than just having an amazing time on a Sunday, we want to see strong families raising healthy kids; spiritually, physically & emotionally. We understand the power of unity & partnership and want to partner with parents in their child’s future.

Welcome

We look forward to having your child with us in Kidz Church!

Kidz Church is located in the Boys & Girls Club next door to the main auditorium. When you arrive please make your way to the “First Time Visitor” Check-In Station where our Check-In team will help you get your children checked in and to the right location so you can enjoy a great worship service knowing your children are having a blast!

All services cater for children from crawlers up to 6th grade.
Check in opens 30 minutes before the start of each service and closes 30 minutes after each service. Parents are given a security sticker when checking a child into C3 Kidz. You must return it to our Kidz Church volunteer in order to pick up your child. No child will ever be released without the parent presenting their security sticker. If a C3 Kidz volunteer needs to contact you, you’ll be notified via a message on the screen in church.

Family Involvement

Each week your child will receive an activity sheet from that day’s lesson. This activity sheet has revision questions, games and daily bible reading that can be completed at home during the week, as well as some ideas for how to incorporate that week’s lesson into your child’s daily life. Your children can return this completed transformer the following Sunday to receive Bible bucks to spend at our Prize table.

Parent Team
We believe the best way for parents to be involved in what their child is learning is to become a part of the team that teaches their child every week. Each Sunday, volunteers do everything from greeting families and teaching, to acting and giving lots of cuddles to our amazingly cute children.

Because there is so much going on in Kidz Church we always want parent to be involved and that's why we require parents to serve at least once a month in a Kidz Church service. Parents love experiencing C3 Kidz with their child every month as well as meeting other families and becoming an integral part of making C3 Kidz happen every weekend.
Nursery

Welcome to Tiny Turbos, our nursery-aged class  from crawling to 2.5yrs old. We have created this into a warm, fun, and loving place to be! Our volunteers are here to meet the needs of your most precious baby while you enjoy the service.

This class provides age-appropriate activities, Bible stories and praise and worship, always keeping in mind the special requests and concerns from the parents. Tiny Turbos is all about creating positive first memories of our church to our crawling – 2.5 year olds. Where the goal is to excite your children to come back and play with their baby friends, and us every Sunday!

What should parents bring?
When packing a diaper bag for your child, please include and label the following items:
• Disposable diapers & wipes
• Pacifier or other item, should child need it for security
• A complete change of clothes in case your child would require it
• A bottle of milk, formula, juice or water
Pre-School

Welcome to K-POW, our pre-school aged,fun, and high energy group! Our children learn the basics of their faith in Jesus as they follow Lil-K in his adventures learning more about Christ. Parents get to partner up at home by incorporating Lil-K into their child’s week.

K-Pow also rocks out with our awesome band “Blue Jell-O” as they join in with Nitro for praise and worship. K-Pow is bursting with fun and excitement as your kids get to meet new friends and are encouraged to be all that they can be.

What can kids expect to do during service?
• Sing great praise and worship songs with lots of movement.
• Learn about the love, faithfulness and power of God through interactive, visual Bible lessons
• Play fun games that support the lesson
• Work on cool craft projects that encourage creativity and help reinforce the lesson

What should parents bring?
If your child has dietary restrictions, please bring something he/she can snack on during class should they get hungry. Otherwise we will provide something during snack time.
Elementary

Welcome to NITRO, our elemntary-aged class. Your child will experience church unlike anything they have ever experienced before in Kidz Church, where he or she will engage in awesome praise & worship with our in-house Kidz Church band “Blue Jell-O”. Your child will learn stories and lessons from the Bible taught in a fresh and relevant way that utilizes drama, puppets, and teaching to infuse pop culture characters and stories with the word of God.

Our curriculum injects life-giving truths from the Bible into stories like James Bondservant, The Invincibles, Spirit Wars, and many more. We cultivate an environment that will have your kids desiring to return every week just find out what happens next.

What can kids expect to do during the service?
• Participate in great worship music led by the amazing Blue Jell-O
• Learn about the love, faithfulness and power of God from interactive, visual Bible lessons.
• Watch a showcase of live skits
• Experience fun games that support the lesson

What should parents bring?
• Please bring an age appropriate Bible for your child
• Out of concern for the severe food allergies of some of our kids, we ask parents to refrain from allowing your child to bring food or drink into the classroom. They may however bring water.
